About Dine WellThis two-part workshop is designed for women who are ready to get on the right path for living the life God intended and living it fully. Dine Well workshops address the physical body, the thought life, and the spiritual development.
The first part focuses on Dell's testimony and total health journey. She shares the specific things God gave her to do that caused her to drop 80 lbs., be free of all medications, and live in wholeness in her body, mind, and spirit. After lunch (lunch provided for in-person events only), (part two) we’ll engage in a unique vision board experience. Whether your dream is to lose weight, get healthy, start a business or ministry, change jobs, build better relationships, or travel the world, you will leave empowered to create a plan of action to make your vision visible as well as establish a time frame for it to happen. No pills, powders, potions, products, or programs to buy and nothing for which to sign up. We offer insight, information, and inspiration only. Our desire is to equip you with the tools to develop the best version of you ever. Start living your life and getting healthier in your body, mind, and spirit - naturally.
