Dell has a passion for encouraging and inspiring others through her uniquely "Dell" presentations. This national conference speaker is wonderfully entertaining, and delightfully funny, as she shares her practical insights.
Dell has worn a number of hats. A former specialist for the U.S. Department of Education, assistant treasurer of the Memphis Christian Women's Club, worship leader for "A Mother's Touch" Bible study, and entrepreneur as well as a founding member and former vice-president of the Memphis chapter of Mocha Moms.
Dell hung up those hats and began homeschooling in 1999. She served as the support group leader and founder of Ebony Homeschoolers for 10 years as well as the vice-president of the Memphis-area Home Education Association for 8 years until her retirement in 2012.
In 2017 (July 2017- December 2018), Dell became the executive vice-president and Director of Education for the Home-based Business Chamber of Commerce (DeSoto County). Currently (2019) Dell serves on the Executive Board of Directors for the Mid-south Christian Writer's Conference as well as on the Executive Board for First Ladies, Inc. With three adult sons, the focus is now on her own ministry of providing publishing services through book project management, public speaker training, and speaking, but especially savoring the time with her husband (1984).
